- Create and review project plan and specifications.
- Create as-built plans and materials requirements and cost estimates.
- Determine project schedule and ensure on-time implementation.
- Determine project responsibilities and assign to respective personnel.
- Coordinate over-all project construction.
- Manage materials, manpower, tools, and construction processes.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS Architecture.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and AutoCAD.
