Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Receive, validate all Purchase Orders;
- Issue Purchase Order (PO) Pre-Alert to our outsourced service provider for warehousing and distribution;
- Maintain PO Pre-Alert logbook and data file;
- Monitor accuracy of delivery from 3rd party Logistics to Customers;
- Prepares monthly report of Logistics cost i.e. transport and outbound;
- Process all sample i.e. IF (Issuance Forms) of all sales personnel and pre-alert to a 3rd party;
- Prepare KPI's report for all outbound process;
- Provide sales invoices to sales personnel if needed;
- Maintain Logistics Files for all outbound accurately.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can do 100% Customer Service;
- With at least 3 years work experience;
- Background in Logistics is a plus
