Digital Marketing Analyst (Jr. Manager)  

The analytics team is a centralized team that works cross-functionally with product, technology, sales, editorial and management at Brilio. We’re looking for an experienced analyst to lead analysis, take on ambitious projects, and drive important decision-making across all core business areas.

Data is at the core of our content and distribution strategy at Brilio. We generate insights from the reams of data we collect to determine what content our users what, where they want it, and at what time. We use this approach because we believe it is the most efficient way to drive growth in our business. Your Responsibilities:

• Build and automate actionable models and reporting for key business processes
• Drive analytical rigor across the organization to guide outstanding decision making
• Partner and develop strong relationships with cross functional teams (Editorial, Management, Technology, Product)
• Develop strong hypotheses, independently solve problems, and share game-changing insights to drive growth

• 2+ years experiences in a data analytics role or equivalent
• Expert Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics experience
• B.S. in economics, applied math, statistics or other quantitative field
• Comfortable working with very large data sets
• Strong oral and written communication skills; extremely attentive to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Extra Credit:

• Consulting or performance marketing background a huge plus
• Expert SQL experience
• Programming background a plus
