Distributor Sales Personnel  

The Distributor Sales Personnel DSP is a field sales personnel that is primarily responsible for opening and serving small retail accounts of the company within his given area of responsibility. The DSP specialized in serving retail accounts. The DSP is also in charge of a Delivery Vehicle provided by the distributor.

Responsibilities:

Ensures that all of the Key Performance Areas Given are achieved:

• Manned Days – able to attend and log on and log off office on or before the given cut-off times.
• Sales Target – able to sell the required volume of all categories to all of the accounts under him
• Productivity – able to sell and collect products to customers in accordance to the outlet coverage plan (OCP) and daily sales and coverage report (DSCR)
• Placement – able to place all of the categories (with a given weight) of products to customers within the given amount of time (1 month)
• Receivables – able to collect all of the required payment from the customer for the delivered products.
• Number of Accounts – able to open, document, and serve the required number of accounts within the given area.
• Documentation – able to regularly and properly document all the required data of the company on the given forms.

• At least 2 years college
• Good communication skills
• Must have Dirver's License
• Preference for experience in field sales
