Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Ensure that the appropriate financial infrastructure is in place to support the provision of the company to its employee, customers, business partners, and government agencies.
- Engage in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, risk analysis, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.
- Track financial record, generate cash flow report, monitor petty cash daily reports, and reconcile the actual vouchers to compute.
- Prepare sales tax report and monthly sales invoice statement for BIR filling.
- Prepare all documents for business permit application, lease contract, and other permits.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to direct and supervise
