- Maintain accuracy of the company's financial records by defining bookkeeping policies and procedures (including chart of accounts) and enforcing them.
- Prepare Finacial Reports for Top Management and Government Agencies
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant national and local tax regulations by studying requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
- Verify accuracy of posted transactions through regular checks and random internal audits.

- A graduate of B.S. Accounting
- Licensed CPA
- Advantage if with previous experience in Financial Statement Preparation/Compilation and/or Tax Compliance

Borland Development Corporation was registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission on March 23, 1990 as a company primarily engaged in real estate development. The business holds its main office at Novaliches, Quezon City with branch offices based in Cavite (Carmona), Batangas (Tanauan), Pampanga (San Fernando), Zambales (Subic), Tarlac (Capas) and Nueva Ecija (Gapan).
