Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist in handling and monitoring customer complaints.
- Supervise subordinate's activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Strategize and monitor the daily activities of customer service operations.
- Responsible for development, implementation, and review of sales operation policies & procedures.
- Perform admin tasks such as managing warehouse and delivery.
- Willing to be assigned in Accupower Distributors Inc. affiliated company of Borland Development Corporation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Business Administration major in Marketing or equivalent.
- Must have at least three (3) years of supervisory experience related to Sales & Marketing.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented and has good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
- Amenable to work in Binondo, Manila
