Senior Digital Designer  

JOB DESCRIPTION

You have an unquenchable thirst to bring your vision to life—whether it be in posters, social media content, compelling ads, or in any other platform. But more than just having an eye for design and detail, you must be a creative dynamite with big dreams and an even bigger personality.

At Bonsey Jaden, you’ll be working with a team that’s overflowing with creativity, passion and ambition. This job leaves you no room for intimidation; when we give you a stage, a sketch pad, or even the most sophisticated design software, you’ll have to own it.

To successfully fulfill your role, you will need to:

• Have at least three years of digital-focused design experience under your belt.
• Create and present concepts for client campaigns and new business that meet strategic and business goals
• Collaborate with the different departments under the Bonsey Jaden company to masterfully create strategic and insight-driven creative output.
• Research, review and recommend suitable illustrations, photography and innovative solutions in all client projects
• Lead and collaborate with the creative team to proactively bring new ideas to the table during concept brainstorming
• Provide quality assurance and effectively escalate roadblocks to senior creatives and management should it arise in any of your projects

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a talented young creative with an extensive toolkit and experience designing for digital. You must come equipped with:

• A fiery digital portfolio which shows off your ability to research, plan and design intuitively for desktop, tablet and mobile
• A fundamental understanding of web and mobile design best practice, including usability, information architecture and accessibility
• The ability to present your designs and discuss your rationale
• An understanding and respect for the importance of brand recognition and visual identity systems
• The ability to take brand identity ‘beyond the logo’ and create powerful brand equity that engages and captivates the consumer
• A keen interest in what’s happening in the local and global digital design space
• Strong self motivation to improve each week and achieve outstanding results
• Two eyes for detail and a passion for UX design
