Finance Manager  

• Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions.
• Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistance and accountants.
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas of potential improvement.
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
• Research and analyze financial reports and market trends.
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients informal meetings.
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures of the company.
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

• 5+ years of work experience in Finance and Accounting; must be a CPA.
• Impeccable understanding of taxation and government mandatories.

• Lead activities related to Finance and Accounting
• Manage budget and ensure cash flow
• Establish and implement effective practices related to but not limited to quotations, collections, invoicing, purchasing, disbursements, and payroll.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and taxation requirements.
• Lead communication with an external auditor, business consultants, and banks.
• Assist in employee onboarding and some administrative tasks.
