Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The employee’s full-time employment is as ADMIN OFFICER. A more specific description of the employee’s duties, responsibilities and work hours is outlined hereafter
- Revenue Management – Ensure that all expected company revenues are collected on time and in full by coordinating with the necessary point persons (clients)
- Cost Management – Ensure that all company costs are accounted for and disbursed on time and in full by coordinating with internal teams on supporting documents and required timelines
- People Management – Ensure that all HR and office-related concerns are attended to on time and in full. This includes but is not limited to: Employee information management, employee contract preparation, addressing employee contract concerns, planning corporate bonding activities, etc.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Good grasp of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Good grasp of basic accounting and accounting software
- Thorough and detail-oriented, operating with utmost integrity
