Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Checks and files daily reports from the branch such as Charges Sales Report, Cash Sales Report, and Collection Receipt Report.
- Checks daily collection report from the assigned branch such as Overages, Bank charges, Returns/Refund and other collection.
- Checks and encodes the daily cash summary.
- Receives /counters sales invoice, delivery receipt and purchase order from the supplier.
- Prepares monthly reports such as: Accounts Receivable, Cash Summary Reports, Schedule of Deposits and Outstanding Customers Deposits.
- Assists in preparation of other branch reports in coordination with the management trainee to be able to generate updated and accurate reports.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Accountancy, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- With atleast 1 year experience in Accounting.
- Above average oral and written communications skills.
- Knowledgeable in computer operations.
- Detail oriented person and good with numbers.
