- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major, prefarably from secretarial or administration
- Having min. 2 years experiences as a secretary in banking, financial company or equivalent.
- Proficiency in microsoft office
- Good command of English both oral and written
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
