- Monitors Manpower Requisition Form of departments for recruitment process
- Sourcing of applicants through AD posting in newspaper, recruitment platforms, participation in job fairs, and coordination with different manpower agencies
- Reviews and assess shortlisted candidates through initial interview and psychological exam
- Checks and interprets psychological exam results
- Schedules all shortlisted applicants for series of interviews
- Assists new-hire employees with submission of requirements prior on-board
- Ensures that all new-hire employees have undergone company policy orientation
- Prepares Job Orientation Route Form
- Monitors and prepares performance appraisal form of all employees
- Safekeeping of all job applications and maintains database of shortlisted applicants
- Coordinates with manpower service provider in relation to recruitment requirements, disciplinary issues and other related concerns of deployed personnel
- Prepares acceptance letter of new-hire employees
- Prepares and route clearance sheets of all separated employees to all departments concerned
- Schedules training of all job trainees
- Prepares budget request for the trainee’s training allowance
- Prepares intro letter and/or endorsement of all RCS trainees for product training
- Prepares HR related correspondences
- Prepares monthly manpower report of turnover, new-hire, regularized and separated employees
- Assists the HR Team in other related functions
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management or equivalent
- With at least (6) months experience in recruitment process and other HR related functions
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- A team player, keen to details, proactive, smart and dynamic
- Can work under pressure and able to perform tasks with minimum supervision
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to extend hours as may be necessary
- Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
