Job Overview
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Officer is to assist in the efficient management of administrative services of the Company, such as the day-to-day management of facilities, asset management, operations support, and etc.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees facilities, hardware, and materials utilized in the department, coordinating with appropriate services.
- Requests and maintains the office equipment including furniture and fixture, telephone system, stationery, keys, etc.
- Works with management and others to develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
- Monitors assignment of assets
- Communicates with internal and external parties on matters related to administration/office management activities.
- Liaises with the building management on building management matters, e.g., maintenance, safety.
- Assists in the documentation of the legal documents of the company.

- Graduate of any business course or equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good social and networking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
