Client Relationship
- Develop strategic partnerships with supply houses and other vendors
- Use strong communication skills to inform and advise customers, technicians, managers and other departments of current mechanical codes, regulations, and industry trends
- Convincingly introduce the product to client through consultative selling
- Obtain prospects approval to use Therm-Aire product
- Effectively carry out concept selling to client within a reasonable/ appropriate span of time
Product Proposals
- Utilize building details and measurements to properly size and design commercial and residential HVAC systems based on current industry standards and codes and regulations
- Develop and maintain installation documents and procedures for each project
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing, and proposals for HVAC projects
- Effectively communicate with customers and technicians to resolve any concerns
- Identify equipment needs and place orders as necessary
- Prepare schematic Diagrams of air-conditioning and conversation for heats loads
- Design heat loads
- Compute Return on investment (ROI)
- Estimation of materials and labors for preparing proposal using Excel file
- Prepare progress report and certificate of project completion
HVAC expertise
- Maintain familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of the HVAC industry
- Use previous experience to accomplish goals
- Develop work instructions and assist in training of other HVAC personnel
- Utilize technology for work management.
- Issues the N.O.C. Notice of Completion to Client upon finishing the project
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD Software and can prepare shop drawing for revision of mechanical plan and as-built as well
- Microsoft word, power point and especially in Excel file.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1 year experience as HVAC Sales Engineer or HVAC installation.
- Knowledgeable of basic cycle of air conditioning
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
- Excellent at mathematics, science, physics
- Fluid dynamics, thermodynamics
- Electrical engineering
- Knowledge of basic construction principles
- Strong analytical
- Good business skills
- Communicate effectively to contractors and have strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in Eastwood, Quezon City
