Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Brand Manager represents the company with Third Party service providers and Formulates plans and programs in order to develop the brands which is aligned to the direction of the company.
- Ensures that the Sales team will execute his/her brand plans
- Coaches the Area supervisors
- Formulates and executes below the line activies directed at Major chain drugstores
- Formulates ad hoc marketing programs designed to increase and develop his/her brand
- Conducts regular fieldwork to ASMs and TSSs to monitor proper execution of BRAND PROGRAMS
- Gathers market data
- Conducts regular business review to the management
- Ensures timely submission of High Quality admin reports
- Directly reporting to the Marketing Manager
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing Management, Sales and Retail or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent Communication skills; Oral and Written
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Required skill(s): drive, bidding, excellent interpersonal, great communication skill, strategic brand management, Computer Literate.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Applicants must be willing to work in Balintawak,Quezon City.
