A Sales Representative serves as a frontline sales contact for clients and is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships to generate and increase business and client satisfaction.
This includes but not limited to:
- Ensures orders are accurate, achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and substantially contribute to the company’s sales volume goals.
- Builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Ensures the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Exhibits strong ownership and accountability in all tasks assigned. Strong attention to details and adhere on all updates/changes on process. Demonstrate initiatives to handle and complete projects.
Critical Functions
- Delivers frontline sales of the company’s products/services
- Work Percentage: 40%
- Initiates outbound sales calls directly from identified prospective and existing customers.
- Acts as a primary customer resource for calls and e-mails by handling inquiries efficiently and provide expertise on customer’s purchase.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Facilitates in product selection, generation of the quote, placement of order, and interact with suppliers to verify order information.
- Advises customers on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Actively pursues existing and new leads in a timely manner.
- Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Partners with the customer service team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
- Uses sound judgment in decision making to achieve daily goals and to know when to escalate issues to the supervisor.
- Ensures the achievement of target sales goals on a monthly basis.

Education/Training:
- Some College.
Background/Experience:
- 1-year comparable Sales experience from a BPO is required.
- Skillset required:
Knowledge of:
- Professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care.
- Word processing and spreadsheets.
Skilled in:
- Strong verbal, written and grammatical.
- Strong English communication skills required – both written and verbal.
- Skill in Data Entry.
Ability to:
- Multi-task
- Respond to rapid change.
- Results Oriented.
- Organize, prioritize and perform work with moderate supervision.
