HR Assistant | Company Nurse  

1. Provides healthcare services to employees

Work Percentage: 50%

• Perform first aid treatment and follow up care to employees.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Provide health teaching to workers to ensure safety standards are met.
• Assist employees during hospitalization and monitor the progress of health condition.
• Investigate and analyze injury trends.
  • Research possible occupational hazards.
  • Collaborate with safety teams and Managers.
• Perform the following:
  • Office work.
  • Excellent internal and external customer services and inventory of supplies needed for the company's medical clinic.
• Administer wellness and other health care programs internally.

2. Administrative Duties

Work Percentage: 50%

• Monitor all activities related to the company’s HMO.
  • Manage enrollments, cancellations, card replacements, and reimbursements.
  • Monitor deductions for additional dependents.
  • Administer renewal and providing options on different providers for better service.
• Administer, assist, and monitor yearly Internal Annual Physical Examination and Drug Test.
• File SSS sickness benefit.
• Take part in organizing company programs and events.

• At least a Professional license (Passed Board Exam) for Nursing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience practicing Nurse in a BPO Company.
• Registered Nurse.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to:
  • Multitask.
  • Respond to rapid change.
  • Prioritize and perform work with moderate supervision.
