Recruitment Assistant  

End-to-end recruitment for the head office and terminal manning.

• Responsible for resourcing, test administration, scheduling and conduct of interviews
• Conducts character and background investigation for selected prospective employee-candidate to determine suitability or job-fit
• Prepares all hiring documents, to include: employment requirements, job offers and employment contracts

• Must be a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resources
• At least 6 months to one-year work experience in Recruitment; OJT experience may be considered
• Preferably Male
• Must have a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and urgency
• Willing to do field work and do sourcing, testing & interviews on site
• Able to multi-task
• Able to relate with all levels of personalities
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office
• Very good communication skills
• Creative in achieving and accomplishing his tasks in the shortest possible time
• Willing to work long hours when necessary
