Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Prepares monthly financial statement
Assists in development and maintenance of a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicting future trends
Analyses change, and assesses and understands business operations to recommend further improvements accordingly
Monitors daily cash flow to analyze business profitability and sustainability
Drafts and proposes financial plans/schemes to maintain or increase profitability
Handles BIR withholding tax, and VAT computations
Projects weekly cash funding requirements, borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
Develops external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations
Reports to the management on variances from the established budget, and reasons for those variances

Trình độ tối thiểu

Must be Female
Must have at least 5 years managerial experience in Finance, Budget Planning, and Forecasting
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Willing to work in Quezon City
