Restaurant Manager  

• Create and enforce a culture of excellent service
• Promote a productive and positive work atmosphere in line with company's mission and vision
• Compile reports of end of shift, damages, daily incidents
• Execute business strategies to reach monthly goals
• Oversee inventory and ordering of stocks
• Analyze customer and employee feedback around products and report to management
• Oversee health and product standards, compliance, cash handling and loss prevention
• Ensure all venue maintenance, safety, and cleanliness issues are handled and resolved immediately.
• Creating action plans for replenishment and rotation of stocks
• Ensuring all employees are knowledgeable about existing products, following sales scripts/initiatives, and driving retail sales
• Ensure all signage, prices, and ingredient labels are present and accurate
• Minimize product theft and damages.

Equipped with skills to run a restaurant with a team;

• Strong attention to detail;
• Previous experience in food and beverage operations preferred;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication skills;
