Top 10 Responsibilities:
- Increase monthly new member signups
- Increase monthly new customers
- Increase the percentage of repeat customers
- Support the marketing initiatives of all teams within company
- Manage the marketing budget for the company
- Define the hiring needs of the team
- Create and manage viral marketing campaigns
- Manage the campaign schedules for Facebook Ads, EDMs, blog posts, and GDN
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
- Manage, guide, and mentor the team
Trình độ tối thiểu
Ideal Candidate:
- Team player
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing or customer acquisition or both
- Disciplined, process driven
- Not afraid to take risks and experiment
- Experience in digital marketing, including Facebook Ads, EDMs, SEO and SEM, and YouTube
- Experience in coordinating marketing events
- Can write well
- Understands marketing analytics
- Strong understanding of the following tools: Facebook Ad Manager, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty Not afraid to demand excellence
- No divas, no drama, no victim, or rebel attitude
