The Role

BCI Asia is looking for Sr. Account Managers with excellent customer service. The role is focused on account management, product training, and renewal of subscriptions including upselling and making sure that BCI maintains good relationships with existing clients of the company.

  • Manage and maintain business relationships with all existing accounts and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify new sales (upsell) opportunities
  • Complete outbound annual renewal calls to client decision makers
  • Complete product training on online services - by telephone and in-the-field
  • Maintain good knowledge of our internal CRM and LeadManager system

The Candidate

BCI Asia is looking for people who are passionate when it comes to Customer Service. We need professionals who are able to train people and engage them and keep them interested in the product.

  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong sales and marketing persona
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City and do fieldwork.
  • Preferably 3-5Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate, Business Development or equivalent;
  • Must have a good business acumen
  • Preferably has good knowledge in the construction industry
  • Must have strong negotiation skills and the ability to confidently present himself/herself to high-level key decision makers
  • Must have an excellent understanding of the B2B process
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
