PMO Administrator (Project Management Office)  

• Produces accurate consolidated project reporting documents for IT projects.
• Tracking and reporting on adherence to deadlines and process compliance from the organization’s project teams.
• Attends meetings, manages agenda and distributes minutes & actions.
• Follows up on agreed actions, resolution of risks/issues with project managers and others as required.
• Maintaining storage and control of documents.
• Administrative support for the team, including ad hoc administration tasks.

• At least 2 years of experience in the PMO and has good Project Management methodology understanding

• Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills
• Can work gracefully under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail, capability to think logically and analytically.
• High competency in Microsoft Office, Visio and Project tools. Experience with other project management or ticketing tools (such as Jira etc.) would be advantageous.
• An understanding of project management practices and principles including common standards and methodologies.
