Digital Marketing Specialist  

Our Digital Marketing Specialist will be tasked to implement the organization’s marketing strategies, activities and campaigns. Focus would be on pay-per-click campaigns.

His/Her end goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business and that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the parameters set by manager.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
• Uses existing research findings and analysis to provide direction to upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
• Works with other company officers to establish marketing objectives
• Monitors marketing performance and adjusts strategies as needed
• Assists the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within deadlines.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management

• We do not require prior experience in digital marketing but we are looking for someone willing to be trained
• Fresh graduates are open to apply. We are willing to train those that has a strong leadership background -- whether be it through school, extra-curricular activities or on the job
• Ideally, a degree in marketing although not essential.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and juggle an evolving set of priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with all levels of management, internal staff, and clients.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced high-stress environment.
• Must demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and G-Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites for collaboration)
