Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conduct microbiological, chemical and sensory analyses of raw materials and finished products
- Conduct swab test for personnel and food contact surfaces
- Conduct microbiological tests for water samples and air exposure
- Conduct process in-line/quality assurance monitoring
- Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials and packaging materials
- Assist in determining the root cause of defects to prevent recurrence of issues and quality-related problems
- Participate in quality improvement teams to reduce defects and quality issues, and make recommendations to improve the production process based on findings from quality assurance analysis.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be taking a major in Food Tech, Nutrition, Dietetics, or an equivalent course
- Must be knowledgeable on Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Sensory Evaluation, food microbiology, and physical and chemical analyses
- With Laboratory and Quality Assurance experience
- Outstanding work ethics, committed, and proactive, willing to take initiatives
- Willing to work in Gawad Kalinga Enchanted Farm, Brgy. Encanto, Angat, Bulacan
