Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Ensures that Bayani Brew is available and visible to its target market.
  • Leads Key Account Management.
  • Manages and creates long-term relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching goods or services to new and existing clients, and maintaining a good working relationship with the social enterprise’s accounts.
  • Develops weekly and monthly work plans for sales team (including merchandisers).
  • Works closely with Marketing and Business Development team in coming up with sales activities.
  • Provides management support for CRM system maintenance.
  • Sets sales targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and sales strategy with the Management team.
  • Tracks KPIs, analyzes them, and develops action plans based on results.
  • Conducts regular Performance Reviews for the Sales team.
  • Creates and implements policies and procedures for the end-to-end sales process.
  • Reports directly to the CEO.
  • Regular work schedule: Monday to Friday.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
  • Sales experience with products that have very short shelf-life is a plus.
  • Proficienct in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Being pleasant to customers is a must!
  • Has a Get-Stuff-Done attitude. Willing to go the extra mile in order to get the job done!
  • Resilient in facing obstacles.
  • Capable of out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Revels in taking initiative.
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Persistent. Some days you’ll feel like a star, and some days it’ll seem that the universe is conspiring against you. As part of a startup’s sales team in charge of growth you’ll have to come to work every day fresh and ready to hustle.
  • Willing to work in Guadalupe, Makati City (5 mins away from Guadalupe MRT Station).
  • Willing to adapt to the changing and challenging demands of a fledgling but promising and ambitious social enterprise.
