- Ensures that Bayani Brew is available and visible to its target market.
- Leads day-to-day sales operations of Bayani Brew (e.g. processing of orders and other client requirements).
- Maintains the sales database and CRM system.
- Analyzes sales data and creates accurate, timely reports, and dashboards.
- Manages and creates long-term relationships with clients.
- Sets sales targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and sales strategy with the Management team.
- Tracks KPIs, analyzes them, and develops action plans based on results.
- Develops weekly and monthly work plans for sales team (including merchandisers).
- Conducts regular Performance Reviews for the Sales team.
- Creates and implements policies and procedures for the end-to-end sales process.
- May include fieldwork from time to time (e.g. trade checks).
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Sales experience with products that have very short shelf-life is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Being pleasant to customers is a must!
- Has a Get-Stuff-Done attitude.
- Willing to go the extra mile in order to get the job done!
- Resilient in facing obstacles.
- Capable of out-of-the-box thinking.
- Revels in taking initiative.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Persistent.
- Some days you’ll feel like a star, and some days it’ll seem that the universe is conspiring against you. As part of a startup’s sales team in charge of growth you’ll have to come to work every day fresh and ready to hustle.
- Willing to work in Guadalupe, Makati City (5 mins away from Guadalupe MRT Station).
- Regular work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Willing to adapt to the changing and challenging demands of a fledgling but promising and ambitious social enterprise.
