Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Looks for partnership and collaboration opportunities with other organizations or individuals. (We love working with like-minded people, fellow startups, and other proudly homegrown or cause-driven enterprises!)
- Works closely with Product Development to design new products and identify sources of growth for Bayani Brew.
- Conducts research on potential new clients.
- Sets targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and strategy with the management team.
- Tracks KPIs, analyzes them and develops action plans based on results.
- Develops weekly and monthly work plans
- Provides timely, accurate and complete business development reports
- Creates and implements policies and procedures related to business development
Sales
- Ensures that Bayani Brew is available and visible to its target market
- Accountable and responsible for meeting growth targets.
- Sets sales targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and sales strategy with management team
- Tracks KPIs, analyzes them, and develops action plans based on results
- Develops weekly and monthly work plans for sales team
- Conducts regular Performance Reviews for the sales team
- Creates and implements policies and procedures for the end-to-end sales process
- May include fieldwork from time to time (e.g. trade checks)
- Account Management (including relationship building, settling of disputes, etc.)
Marketing
- Develops Marketing Plan with management team
- Leads crafting, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brand. These initiatives include campaigns, events, and other programs across digital media, activations, packaging, etc.
- Drives and measures market growth
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 4 years work experience related to Sales or Marketing.
- Sales experience with products that have a short shelf-life is a plus but not a requirement
- Has a Get-Stuff-Done attitude
- Resilient in facing obstacles; capable of out-of-the-box thinking (ma-diskarte!)
- Persistent (some days you’ll feel like a star, and some days it’ll seem that the universe is conspiring against you. As part of a startup’s sales and business dev team in charge of growth you’ll have to come to work every day fresh and ready to hustle.)
