Operations Head  

The Operations Head is in charge of day-to-day operations, overseeing supply chain, production, warehouse and inventory management, and inbound/outbound logistics to ensure product availability in distribution channels, fulfillment of the Sales Budget, and fulfillment of operational goals.

Specific tasks and responsibilities:

• Work closely with the management team in developing short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals
• Achieve key business goals within budget
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate growth objectives.
• Successfully manage trade-offs between efficiency, flexibility, and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external
• Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve business goals and individual KPIs
• Attract, recruit and retain required members of the team
• Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies
• Assist the CEO in fostering accountability and a results-oriented culture

• A Bachelors’ degree, preferably related field of study
• At least 5 years of well-rounded experience in managing operations of a manufacturing company or a similar, relevant role, including at least 3 years experience in a supervisory position
• Demonstrated business acumen, critical thinking, creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated agility and adaptability within and outside work
• An exemplary work ethic
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
• Demonstrated negotiation skills
• Excellent people skills. Must be able to work well with employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders
