Human Resource (HR) Officer  

The HR/Admin Officer plays a huge role in hiring and keeping the best talent that the social enterprise needs to build a high performance culture committed to giving back to the community.

The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for the ff:

• Recruitment, screening/selection, and hiring
• Maintaining a hiring pool
• Handling of employee contracts, filing and updating of employee records
• Basic HR policies, procedures, activities and projects
• Maintaining systems, documents and reports related to personnel (staffing, attendance, benefits, training, employee surveys, performance evaluation, etc.)
• Payroll preparation (together with Accountant)
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Mgt, Management, or related field
• At least 2 years work experience in a related field required
• Required experience - recruitment, screening/selection, hiring, and handling of statutory benefits (SSS, Philheatlh, Pag-ibig)
• Excellent administrative skills - able to plan, organize, and execute necessary activities with strong attention to detail
• Strong operational discipline - able to effectively manage time and resources
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding work ethics, committed, and proactive, willing to take initiatives
