Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintain accounting records (sales, purchases and cash)
- Record and process all purchase orders, sales orders, sales invoices, collections, accounts receivables, accounts payables, payments, and other financial transactions
- Ensure collections from clients and payments given to suppliers are correct (e.g. create processes to avoid duplicate or missed payments)
- Monitor ARs and APs
- Handle check preparation and release
- Track EWT and other deductions
- Assist in creation and submission of financial statements and government/compliance reports needed by the enterprise (e.g BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig)
- Act as custodian of the ff: Petty Cash, Office Supplies, Bank Passbooks, Bank Statements
- Track attendance of employees
- Other special ad hoc tasks as management sees fit
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Accounting or bookkeeping graduate preferred
- Experience in accounting software or ERP a plus
- Intermediate MS Excel skills; knowledgeable in managing work emails
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding work ethics, committed, and proactive, willing to take initiatives
