The HR- Compensation and Benefits Supervisor's primary role is to design, maintain, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs for all employees. The position is responsible for Timekeeping and Payroll oversight as well as compliance and monitoring of government mandated benefits processing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Compensation and Benefits Structure
- Evaluates existing salary and benefit structure comparing with industry trend on a periodic basis.
- Responsible for administering all compensation and benefits program, including making recommendations for enhancements and compliance related changes.
- Participates in salary surveys and undertakes studies on the market and labor pool to ensure compensation and benefits programs are benchmarked against best practices, researched against industry and employment trends, and complaint with labor law.
- Ensures and monitors compliance with all labor and benefit laws (such as SSS, HDMF, Philhealth).
2. Human Resource and Information Systems (HRIS)
- Ensures accuracy of timekeeping records/ entries and payroll through reviewing payroll register, reconciling data and process implementation if needed.
- Participates in the development and validation of HR Information Systems and participates in the applications strategy for the HR function.
- Enters, maintains, and ensures integrity of data in HRIS.
3. Rewards and Recognition
- Assists the HR Manager in analysis for preparing performance management scheme including merit increase, performance bonus, and incentive processes/ plans.
4. General Reporting
- Prepares and/or oversees government filing and other C&B reporting requirements.
- Audits compensation and benefits data.
- Assists the HR Manager in creating ad hoc reports and prepares data for compensation and benefits analysis for all levels of the company.
- Presents reports according to HR C&B metrices.
- Stays current on regulatory changes and oversees implementation accordingly.
5. People Management
- Able to guide and develop HR Compensation and Benefits Unit according to department objectives.
- Identifies strength and developmental areas of team members.
6. Other HR C&B duties that may be assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years solid experience in Human Resources in Compensation and Benefits, 1 year of which is Supervisor/ Officer position.
- Previous experience in HRIS is a must.
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City.

We are your friendly bakery cafe that serves freshly-baked pies, cheesecakes and desserts, as well as good food and coffee.
OUR STORY:
Banapple started baking pies & cheesecakes years ago, initially for friends and family, and referred food establishments. Shortly, banapple expanded its client base to include well known food establishments and restaurants, all being served from a home-based kitchen located in Quezon City. The brand ‘banapple’ (banana + apple) was established, a contraction on the main ingredients of the banoffee pie and the apple caramel crumble pie, two of Banapple’s early hits. Banapple thereafter transferred its main kitchen to a bigger and more accessible location along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City. Banapple operates a cake showroom cum cafe at the facade of this kitchen.
Banapple Pies & Cheesecakes is a novel find in the metropolis. In addition to pies, cakes and cheesecakes, Banapple serves yummy home-cooked style hot meals like the well-loved chicken parmigiano, lasagna roll-ups, and hickory-smoked country ribs as well as sandwiches, pastas, and great pancakes.
Banapple has become a pleasant landmark, and commuters stop for a quick take out to and from work and school. Bakers, waitstaff, and store management team are friendly and offer fast and personalized service.
Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night snacks, anyone can enjoy yummy meals and excellent desserts alongside good coffee any time of the day :)
