- Provide administrative support to programs and internal team
- Draft and edit communications copy
- Update databases for recipients of correspondences
- Track projects for Corporate Communications
- Facilitate effective internal communications
- Maintain calendars and appointments
- Prepare presentations and reports
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Previous experience as Communications Assistant is preferred
- At least 3-4 years related experience in the field
- Understanding of media relations and digital media strategies
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus
- Solid editing and researching skills
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
- Had experience in Writing Content for Internal and External Communications
- Had experience in proofreading text content
- Must have strong attention to details and organizational skills
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desired
- Can work efficiently and productively with a team.
- Willing to work in Makati City
