- Prepares and prints contracts such as CTS, DOAS, DOC, DOA, etc.
- Reviews all contracts prepared to ensure accuracy, to avoid rework, revises if necessary
- Monitors accounts due for contract preparation, releasing, notarization and titling collation
- Secures and collates documents necessary for preparation of contracts
- Prepares transmittals, instructions, cover letter, etc., verifies and secures correct mailing address for contracts to be released related to the assigned project
- Retrieves overdue contracts that were sent out to the buyer for signature
- Ensure completion of work items in MyCustomer
- Verifies buyer’s signature against the signature in other documents
- Checks all pertinent details encoded and collated
- Receives a list of accounts for collation
- Prepares a copy of Developer's Transfer Certificate Title (TCT) and Tax Declaration (TD) for certification
- Collates the necessary documents for endorsement of accounts to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Registry of Deeds (RD) and Assessor's Office (AO)
- Provides the list of lacking requirements needed to be pulled out from the other groups (no vault's copy) or those which need to be requested from the Local Government Units (LGU's)
- Ensures collated documents are complete prior to endorsement
- Endorses the collated documents to the GL liaison team
- Consolidates and monitors all Certified True Copy of Title, Tax Declaration, Certified True Copy of Transfer Tax and Real Property Tax Clearance (RPTC)
- Retrieves collated photocopy of documentary requirements and create a docket for the application of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR)
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time which is necessary for the accomplishment of your project responsibilities
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Customer oriented and has the ability to deal with different levels of people.
- Proficient in MS Application; Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
- Exhibits maturity at work and can work with minimum supervision
- Has effective organizational and management skills
