Client Services Manager  

The Account Manager is the overall owner of a portfolio of accounts, accountable for his/her portfolio’s customer relationship, financials and overall customer satisfaction. This role is the primary contact of clients for all account-related matters, in support of an end-to-end engagement, from the beginning of the project during implementation, to go-live and ongoing service delivery and production support. This is a critical role of the HCX organization that has consistently shown significant impact on overall customer satisfaction and HCX’s ability to generate repeat business.
