Unit Managers  

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Financial Advisors / Sales Agents
• Recruit and develop salespeople under the team
• Market the financial solutions of the company, as needed.

Successful candidates must be willing to undergo Training to become experts in the field of sales management, recruitment, and advisor development.

Qualified candidates will undergo a manager development program, and may be designated as Unit Manager or other open positions in the company.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Graduates of Business Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Financial Accounting, and Engineering will have an advantage.
• Skills we want: Management, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Investment, Planning.
• Language(s): English & Filipino. Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Metro Manila. Options to be located in provincial offices are available.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Banking, Investment, Trust, etc) or equivalent.
• Corporate Sales Officers / District Sales Managers / Territory Sales Managers from Banking, Remittance, Investment, Telecommunications or the Pharmaceutical Industry are encouraged to apply.
• Bank Managers or Bancassurer Area Heads have a definite advantage and will be considered for Branch Manager / Branch Head position.
