- Meet the key performance indicators specified by the company including Production, Recruitment and Persistency.
- Recruit like-minded people who are interested in the distribution of all kinds of insurance and investment products of AXA Philippines.
- Train, supervise and develop new and existing distributors on products and services.
- Implement strategies and initiatives to ensure accomplishment of Distributor and Personal sales targets.

- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in sales management and leadership.
- Solid track record of building market from scratch by recruiting and retaining the best partners on the market.
- Willing to undergo extensive selection process and training.
- Engaging and inspiring, has a natural talent to get great people involved.
- Flawless communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
- Has an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Top performer in previous company.
- Experience in Banking, Pharma, Hotel, or Real Estate is an advantage.
- Vibrant, honest, disciplined, and has the passion for helping people.
