Front End Developer  

You will be working with a highly diverse team of designers and engineers whose work range from design of physical products to developing computer vision applications that scale in the cloud. You are expected to heavily contribute during design thinking sessions, create responsive and intuitive interfaces and help the team reach higher levels of work efficiency by being proactive in improving our design and development processes.

• Develop new user-facing feature
• Build reusable code and libraries for future us
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX design
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalabilit
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end

Required knowledge, skills and experience

• Graduate of computer science, computer engineering or similar technical field
• At least 3 years of work experience in front-end web and mobile (Android & iOS) development
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Proficiency in implementing designs made by designers to actual website components
• Good understanding of server-side preprocessors such as LESS and SASS
• Proficiency in component-based development using JavaScript and its frameworks
• Experience in using development tools like NPM
• Excellent understanding of RESTful services and APIs
• Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Very good understanding of how to design for responsive and mobile applications
• Strong foundation in proper testing (acceptance and functional tests)
• Highly analytical and has a very strong appetite for solving challenging problems

Pluses are

• Experience in DevOps, Kanban or similar Agile culture
• Experience in developing web and mobile applications using ReactJS and ReactNative
• Experience in using AWS services and resources
