Junior Loan Application Officer  

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Suggest the best mortgage option based on the needs of the clients.
• Prepare loan application forms and loan documents.
• Structure the loans.
• Advise the Consultants for updates and progress of the loan applications.
• Maintain records and follow up sheets of lodged and settled loans.
• Maintain the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Banking/Financial Services or any equivalent field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Poficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Efficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work in Malate.

  • Understand the mortgage requirements of different lenders.
  • Manage high volume of detailed work such as assessing and verifying loan applications.
  • Work with Brokers and provide solutions to loan application issues and problems.
