- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
- Plan product ranges and prepare sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.
- Control stock levels based on forecasts for the season
- Analyse every aspect of bestsellers, ensuring that they reach their full potential.
- Monitor slow sellers and take action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
- Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with any problems or delays as they arise.
- Work closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximise sales.
- Gather information on customer's reactions to products.
- Maintain awareness of competitor's performance.
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.
- Create periodical report to Key Account Manager.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in related fields;
- Comfortable working with numbers, organized, strong analytical skills, good detail orientation;
- Must have a thorough knowledge to plan and develope merchandising strategies;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures.
- The ability to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people
- The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solution
- Have good self-confidence
- Willing to do travel
