As Sales Manager will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Create and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
- Implement marketing campaigns
- Manage dealership inventory
- Monitor competition and market conditions
- Recruit, Select and Train Sales Consultants
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales performance
- Review sales and marketing activity expenses and implement changes and/or improvements
- Submit monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports

- Professional
- Has initiative and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Sales management experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
