POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing and Business Development Lead is crucial for the continuous growth of the company. This position is responsible in securing opportunities for the company which includes but not limited to meaningful partnership with Institutions, business sourcing, and venue creation for an increase in the current and potential markets. Primary to this role is the extensive knowledge of the current and potential markets in order to identify marketing opportunities and provide support in conducting feasibility studies and eventually translates to better numbers and attainment of the targets.
Job Responsinbilities:
· In collaboration with the Consultants and Sales & Marketing Officer, create and tap new areas of partnerships for the company
· Identifies marketing opportunities by defining market and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
· Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organisation starting with the service providers of major hospitality/gaming industry players
· Consistently monitor leads coming from the company's website and direct email applications
· Creates partnerships with different Culinary Institutions, Industry leaders, and business relevant to creating or increasing the company business networks
· Generate and capitalize on new sales opportunities in order to meet required revenue targets within defined areas of responsibility
· Increase Leads and conversion for Ausphin, AII, and MPS.
· Assist in getting sponsors for events (target amount=projected expense per event)

Essential Skills:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills - Very good command of the English language and at least one foreign language
· Ability to speak in public and be able to represent and present the company to Leaders in the Industry
· Strong attention to details – accuracy of reports, and problem-solving skills.
· Highly organized, punctual and responsible
· Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
· University Degree in Business and/or Marketing is preferred but not essential
· At least 5 years’ experience in the same role, in a small to medium-sized company from any industry
· Supervisory experience, but not required
- Average knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
