Company Nurse/Admin Assistant  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
• Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations like sent home or back to work
• Monitor and record the patient's condition and assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
• Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
• Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate, Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
• Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
• Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
• Coordinate with operations
• Ensure schedules and objectives are met
• Monitor operations related reports and resources
• Create reports, documentation, analyze and interpret data
• Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines,
• Will perform administrative tasks for the Operations Manager and the CEO, and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Must be a registered nurse with updated PRC license
• Must have at least 1 year experience in a BPO Company as health care practitioner/company nurse
• Preferably with experience in hospital set-up
• With pleasing personality
• Computer literate
