- Identify specific tactics and potential feature improvements that can create incremental organic search visibility and ultimately leads – for our business customers.
- Coordinate with clients, web developers (internal & external) as well as content writers and graphic designers (internal & external)
- Work closely with the data science and analyst teams to design and execute tests and other projects aimed at validating new or existing tactics & processes as well as validating new SEO product feature ideas.
- Prioritize, execute, and manage the project work needed to validate tactics and features – this includes forming close partnerships with other internal teams.

- Help troubleshoot performance issues at the enterprise level.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 3+years of SEO experience with wide range of web technologies & platforms including dealing with technical implementations at scale (e.g., CMS migration, domain change for a large site, new eCommerce site build, etc)
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong Communication & collaboration skills
- Creativity and resourcefulness to find solutions within technical and other resource constraints
- Strong work ethic and commitment to ongoing feedback
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Setting up, using, and interpreting Google Analytics
- Google Search Console (formerly Webmaster Tools)
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO elements
- Good familiarity with how websites work both from a user’s perspective and from a search engine perspective
- Balancing of technical SEO tasks versus user experience
- Experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Moz.
