Growth Marketing Manager  

We’re looking for a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager to help set and execute upon goals to establish Qathena as a household name. You’ll scale and optimize our marketing portfolio at a channel level – email, text, search, web, print, and social. You’ll scale and optimize user acquisition and retention through multi-channel campaigns and via intimate collaboration with product and creative. You’ll rapidly and profitably scale Qathena while building long-term brand loyalty, and you’ll increase scale and efficiencies through focused goal setting, creative problem-solving, teamwork, and rapid experimentation.

What You’ll Do

• Set growth goals with leadership; provide updates on performance, results, and marketing initiatives on a weekly and monthly basis
• Manage channel strategies and work with agencies and in-house teams to optimize channels and to deliver performance targets
• Develop roadmaps for: creative testing, landing page, and product optimization, and audience expansion across channels
• Collaborate with team to define, track, and report on weekly and monthly KPIs
• Collaborate with team to develop marketing collateral for use across various channels.
• Manage the content creation process for our website, blog, social media, and email newsletters
• Manage our SEO and paid advertising channels
• Inspire, develop, and coach junior members of the team
• Track various metrics, ensuring that our inbound funnels are improving over time

• Broad marketing experience: The ideal candidate will have had 5+ years of experience with a wide range of marketing activities, including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and others, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
• Balance between strategy and execution: The ideal candidate should be able to take both a 10,000 ft view of a problem (e.g. what should our strategy be for this?) and a 1 ft view of the problem (e.g. what setting do I need to tweak in Google Analytics?).
• Excellence in writing and general communication: The role will require communicating semi-complex concepts with groups of people who care about different things, so the ideal candidate should be a very clear writer and communicator.
• Proclivity for tinkering and setting up systems: We believe in setting up low- overhead systems to help us manage every part of our work, so the ideal candidate should enjoy tinkering with such systems.
• Interest in technology and software: Our work centers around building custom software, excitement about technology is helpful to ensure that the role is rewarding.
• Organization and track record of getting things done: This role requires managing many projects at once, so the ideal candidate should be able to tackle and complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
• Love of intellectual & creative challenges: The way our firm operates is very unique in the industry, so the ideal candidate should be able to solve challenges that arise in creative and unconventional ways.
• Creative, artistic, and impactful marketing: You’re going to help make us look awesome to the world and you’re obsessed with how we present ourselves. You should have a track record of creating amazing marketing collateral. Please be prepared to share examples.
