Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Motivate student through appropriately-paced lessons to retain interest and promote learning.
- Create a student-centered classroom session environment where the student speaks and the coach guides.
- Provide an encouraging working environment with appropriate correction and regular feedback to encourage the student to practice speaking and listening.
- Coach students in the appropriate, use DynEd, software to ensure rapid progress.
- Create a clear expectation for the expectation for class attendance, participation and practice.
- Consider different learning styles to include all students.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Command in the English language.
- With CEFR B2 or greater, and/or DynEd Placement Test (PT) score of 2.5
- Experience in teaching advanced English (Collegiate Level to Professional)
- Experience in ESL Teaching for at least one (1) year is an advantage.
- Driven, highly motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
- Display confidence with Technology
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
- Willing to work on weekend shifts
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
