The Risk Officer is responsible for managing ERM, ORM, BCP and related risk management aspects for the company and the development of its risk framework on applicable policies and procedures.
- identifying, measuring, managing and reporting risks
- helping develop processes to better evaluate business-specific risk
- monitoring important as well as critical risk issues
- conducting risk and compliance assessements

Education
- Candidates must have completed at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies, or the equivalent.
Experience
With 3-5 years relevant work experience preferably in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, BCP, RCSA, KRI ad PRA
Necessary Competencies
- Good grasp of regulations, procedures, and processes of the asset management industry
- Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Documentation skills
- Adequate training skills
