Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator for Standards and Accreditation, the Office Assistant provides support and works collaboratively on specific projects assigned to the Office of Quality Assurance.
- Assists the Coordinator for Standards and Accreditation and the Director for Quality Assurance in the administration of the software programs used for accreditation, assessment and certification compliance.
- Organizes and monitors schedules of the Coordinator and sees that deadlines are met.
- Coordinates the collection, compilation, documentation and maintenance of proofs of compliance by the institution.
- Coordinates with the Quality Assurance Office Assistant in the documentation of standards and accreditation data.
- Creates format for accreditation, assessment and certification reports as instructed.
- Assists in updating and creating procedural manual on compliance for all LS Departments and offices under close supervision by the Coordinator for Standards and Accreditation and Director for Quality Assurance.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, or in Communication and other related fields
- Knowledge in Project Management
- With the ability to assemble gathered data and make written reports and documents in a concise, clear and effective manner
- Has an advance Microsoft Office skills
- With keen attention to details
- Has a commendable interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
- Has organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

The Ateneo de Manila University (Ateneo) is one of the leading universities in the Philippines. More than 150 years in existence, the Ateneo has grown into a major Jesuit institution. Officially it became a university in 1959. It offers over 100 academic degree programmes.
