Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conducts review of client requirements and expectations, in terms of, but not limited to, Scope of Work, Manpower Requirements, Occupational Safety, Supplies and Equipment, Work Process Flow, Extent of potential damages and Liability, Cost Structure, Contract Terms of Reference
- Reviews and documents existing policies, processes, systems and procedures of the Account/Project
- Regularly monitors preventive and corrective action as indicated in the punchlist
- Ensures compliance with the SLA
- Conducts evaluation on contract compliance
- Takes the lead in the preparation of proposal for contract renewal with escalation or increase
- Ensures that all necessary regulatory permits and licenses are renewed
- Monitors billing and collection activity of the account
- Ensures that client concerns are properly attended; that all agreed provisions, standards, and other deliverables are complied with.
- Documentation and report generation
- Performs related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With more than 5 years related work experience
- Background in Facility Management
- Knowledge in housekeeping or technical
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
